Hi, I’m Denny Dean, owner of Island Home Inspectors of North Florida LLC, located in St. Augustine, Florida. Not only am I an InterNachi Certified Inspector, I am a State Certified Residential Contractor, with experience as a licensed realtor, investor, landlord and property manager. I have been involved in buying, selling and building houses for decades. After graduating from San Diego State University over 30 years ago, I moved to St. Augustine, built my forever home and raised my family here. I remain an active and respected member of our community.

As an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, I serve customers throughout North East Florida including St. Augustine, Jacksonville and surrounding areas. I use the only the best tools for our Home Inspections. I use tools such as drones, thermal imaging cameras, moisture detectors, and more. Further, these advanced tools help create accurate and detailed reports.
Using mobile reporting software, I am able to produce fast and accurate home inspection reports that are detailed and easy to read. Our Home Inspection reports include high quality photos and videos. When the inspection is complete, the report can be reviewed with the customer at the house. Finally, the inspection report is completed within 24-hours. Printed reports are also available upon request.
