Up to 2000 square feet

Up to 1500 square feet.  Add $50 for every additional 500 square feet. (New Construction and 11 month warranty inspections included)

Phase 1-  Pre-pour inspections are performed prior to the concrete foundation pour 

 Phase 2- Pre-drywall inspections are performed just prior to the installation of drywall.

 Phase 3- Final inspection is performed after the construction is complete, but prior to close. (Price varies based on the square foot of the home.)

Required by FHA and VA for the sale of all Manufactured and Mobile Homes.  ($100 if performed at the same time as the foundation inspection). Recommend asking your lender if they require an addition inspection prior to ordering as the cost for a reinspection is more expensive.

Required by lenders and HUD for the sale of manufactured homes. Recommend asking your lender if they require an addition inspection prior to ordering as the fee for addition certification is higher when adding at a later date. Please make sure to verify with your lender if an addition certificate will be required.  Adding an addition inspection after the engineers have completed the foundation certificate is $250
